Each year, the SMRFA chooses Sierra Madre teens to accompany the float.  While most years the float is accompanied by Princesses as it proceeds down the parade route, in some years the young men get in the act, as well, either as Princes or as Princess Escorts.

The Sierra Madre Rose Float Association will be accepting applications for the position of Princess to represent the City at local functions and activities and ride on our float on New Year’s Day in the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Parade.

Princesses will not only have the honor of riding on the Sierra Madre float, but will have the pleasure of speaking to the Sierra Madre City Council and most of the local service organizations & clubs. In addition, they will be assisting with float decorating and publicity opportunities. Princesses will have a very exciting and educational year.
